In a nursery the day runs on several tracks at once: morning attendance, medication times, naps, meals, the evening handover, and fee collection alongside all of it. While that flow is spread across notebooks and WhatsApp groups nothing looks lost, not until a parent asks whether the medicine was given and nobody can answer with certainty. The real problem is not the time your teachers lose, it is that the school has no single place to show what happened.

Data security

Children's data is the most sensitive data there is

The security decisions in this product were made at the start. None of the below is a feature bolted on later; it is how the system works.

  • Schools cannot see each other

    Tenant separation lives in the database, not in application code (row-level security policies). Even if the code has a bug, another school’s record is never returned.

  • When permission is unclear, the answer is no

    The permission gate is fail-closed: if a request’s authorisation is not certain, nothing happens. The opposite, allowing on doubt, was never an option.

  • Consent is a record, not a checkbox

    Parent consent for photos and personal data is timestamped, can be withdrawn, and takes effect the moment it is. Retention periods are defined.

  • Every change leaves a trace

    Who changed what, and when, is in the audit log. Sensitive fields are redacted as they are written, and the log itself cannot be switched off.

Note: The product gives you the tools to meet your obligations under KVKK and GDPR: consent records, retention periods, an audit trail and data export. The privacy notice, the controller registration and your internal policies remain your own responsibility; we guide you through them during setup.

Questions we get asked

Trial
How long is the trial, and do I need to give card details?
15 days, and we do not ask for card details. Once we receive your request we open a trial account for your school and help you set it up. It does not roll into a paid subscription on its own; that decision stays with you.
Do we have to type our existing student list in by hand?
No. Send us your student and parent list as a spreadsheet and we will import it. Typing in 90 children and 180 parents is work nobody wants to do, and it is the real reason most schools never move to a new system.
Is the data I enter during the trial deleted?
No. When you move to a subscription, the branches, classes, staff and students you entered during the trial carry over. You do not start again.
How long does setup take?
Registering the school and opening the first class takes a few minutes. What really decides the timeline is whether your student and parent list is ready; if it is, you can start the same day.
Using it
Can we switch off modules we do not use?
Yes, this is one of the product’s design decisions. A school that does not handle medication, or that runs billing in its own accounting software, switches that module off in settings and those screens never appear. All ten modules can be toggled independently.
We have several branches. Can they share one account?
Yes. Branches sit under a single school; staff permissions can be scoped per branch, and reports can be pulled per branch or in total.
Where do parents download the app?
The parent app is on the App Store and Google Play; the admin panel runs in a browser. Parent logins go out in a single click, and during setup we give you a ready-made handout to pass on to parents.
What if a parent does not have a smartphone?
Verified pickup works with a QR code or a PIN. A grandparent without a phone can collect the child at the door with a PIN, as long as they are on the authorised-person list.
Who decides which people are allowed to collect a child?
Every child has an authorised-person list, and the school controls it. Nobody outside that list can collect the child, and every handover is recorded with a photo and a timestamp. If custody or a family dispute ever comes up, the school has a written answer to who collected the child, when, and on whose approval.
Will teachers have to learn a whole new system?
The teacher side was deliberately kept to a few screens: attendance, daily log, medication and sharing. The "app usage" module shows who is struggling, so training goes to the people who need it rather than to everyone. And our technical support line is open 24/7 for the moments they get stuck.
Does your support continue after setup?
We provide 24/7 technical support; our attention does not end when setup does. Problems in a nursery do not keep office hours: if attendance will not open at 07:30, or a QR code will not scan during the evening pickup, you need to be able to reach someone right then.
Pricing and payment
How is the price worked out, and does it include VAT?
We charge per student, per month, and every figure on this page includes VAT. The monthly plan is ₺30 per student; the longer the plan, the lower the unit price: 10% off at 3 months, 17.5% at 6, and 25% at 10. Put your own student count into the calculator to see the total for all four plans.
What does "2 months free" mean on the 10-month plan?
A school year runs ten months, September to June, and that is how schools plan their fee collection. On the 10-month plan you pay for ten months and use it for twelve: the system stays open over the summer, so new enrolments and your summer programme live in the same place.
What if we are not happy with it?
If you have paid upfront and it is not working for you, we refund the months you have not used. A discount is what makes a longer plan attractive; there is no reason for the school to carry the risk of taking one.
Can parents pay through the app?
Right now the system TRACKS payments: instalment plans, overdue reminders, receipts and who has paid what. The school still takes the payment itself. In-app card payments are in development and are coming soon; writing it up as if it already existed would set an expectation that falls apart in the first month.
Data and security
Where is our data stored?
The database and file storage run on servers we manage. Separation between schools is enforced at database level with row-level security policies; even if the application code has a bug, another school’s data is not returned.
How is parent consent for photos handled?
Consent is a record: it is timestamped, a parent can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal takes effect immediately. The gallery has a defined retention window; media does not accumulate indefinitely.
What happens to our data if we stop subscribing?
You can export your data. Deletion requests are handled under KVKK and GDPR; retention and deletion periods are set out in the contract.
