Cancellation and Refunds

The trial period, how to cancel a subscription, and refunds for unused months on prepaid plans.

Trial period

  • The trial period is 15 days and is free of charge.
  • Because no card details are requested, nothing is charged during the trial.
  • The account does not roll into a paid subscription when the trial ends, so there is no risk of "forgetting to cancel".

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Send your cancellation request to the email address given below, to our WhatsApp line or through our support channel; you do not need to give a reason.

The 1-month plan carries no commitment; it renews monthly and, when cancelled, ends at the close of the month already paid for.

Refunds on prepaid plans

On the 3, 6 and 10-month plans, if you are not happy we refund the months you have not used. A discount is what makes a longer plan attractive; there is no reason for the school to carry the risk of taking one.

How the refund is worked out: the value of the months you have used is deducted from the total you paid, and the remainder is refunded. The months used are charged at the discounted unit price of the plan you bought; in other words, the discount is not clawed back because you left early.

  • A month that has started counts as a full month.
  • The 2 free months on the 10-month plan cost nothing and are not treated as paid months in the calculation.
  • Setup and data import are included in the subscription fee; no separate deduction is made for them.

Example: say a 6-month plan is bought for 40 students. At a unit price of ₺24.75 the total is ₺5,940. If the school uses it for 2 months and then leaves, the 2 months used are charged at 40 × 24.75 × 2 = ₺1,980, and the remaining ₺3,960 is refunded.

Refund timing and method

Refunds are made within 14 days of your request reaching us. The refund is made by the same method used for payment, to the account the payment came from. Where payment was made by bank transfer, the refund goes to the IBAN you provide.

What happens to your data

When a subscription ends you are given a reasonable period to export your data, and you can download your records at any point during it. At the end of that period your data is deleted, except for records the law requires to be retained. The Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement covers this in detail.

When a refund is not made

  • Where we have terminated the subscription because the service was used in breach of the agreement.
  • The trial period, which is free in any case: nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.
  • The free months on the 10-month plan: no payment was taken for them.
